Modupe Olaniyan

Modupe Olaniyan is a Legal Officer at OOLP with a strong background in telecommunications law, intellectual property, and emerging technology regulation. She is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and has experience advising on compliance frameworks, contract management, and digital rights within the telecoms and creative industries.

Prior to joining OOLP, Modupe worked with a leading Internet Service Provider, where she supported regulatory compliance, corporate governance processes, and stakeholder documentation. She also gained hands-on intellectual property experience at an entertainment and technology-focused law firm, contributing to international licensing negotiations and brand protection strategies for digital businesses.
